Evergreen is an industry-leading construction firm specialising in the innovative engineered materials of cross laminated and mass timber. With an established track record of projects ranging from small residential to multi-level commercial, utilising the innovative technology has allowed the business to occupy a unique specialisation within the construction market, and required a brand identity to reflect their experience while generating interest, intrigue and increased adoption of the product.
Drawing upon the strength, precision, and sustainable properties of the material, we developed a robust brandmark incorporating the distinctive layered characteristics of cross laminated timber and its origin from trees, alongside a subtle nod to the ‘E’ letterform. A bold, engineered wordmark complements the brandmark and a descriptive tagline device, again referencing the typical tri-layered construction of cross laminated timber.
Inherently minimal due to its lack of waste product, rapid installation times, precision, and enhanced safety compared to conventional construction methods, the unique properties of cross laminated timber inspired a pared-back, unencumbered aesthetic, aligning with the material’s simplicity.
As the business continues to grow, the revitalised presence for Evergreen has reinforced interactions and increased engagement within and beyond the construction industry, while injecting confidence and stewardship of the brand within the team.

Comprised of multiple layers of timber; each in alternating grain directions, mass timber and cross laminated timber possess unique strength, appearance, versatility, precision and sustainability qualities.

Cross laminated timber is a modern, arguably underutilised material, but Evergreen is championing its merits and potential through site tours, presentations, and resources. We developed a suite of materials to spark interest and generate uptake in the technology.


Never greenwashing, we embraced timber’s innate palette, opting for natural, warm tones over ‘green’.




To underscore the technology’s sustainability and Evergreen’s commitment to a minimal carbon footprint, key collateral was developed to be reusable, incorporating recycled/recyclable materials, or simply worth holding on to.
From head-to-toe, a uniform also serves as effective promotional merchandise.
