Timothy Road is a family-owned real estate business solely focused on the established housing segment of the market, with a structured limit to the number of clients the company will represent at any one time. Swell were engage to build a brand led by Tim and Annabelle McInnes—who, together, have secured over thirteen suburb record sale prices.
Key insights from the strategy session demanded we push the brand beyond the transactional nature of the industry. Together we identified a gap in the sector, and our approach was to emphasise the honesty and genuine authenticity of the founders—characteristics rarely found in real estate.

We crafted a distinct monogram to lead the brand—a unique arrangement of interwoven letterforms to distinguish the brand across communications.



The identity presents an elegant aesthetic that is timeless and graceful with a rich colour palette. Tactile materials are chosen to reflect a brand promise of quality, refinement and attention to detail.



We elevated the initial encounter with prospective vendors by developing a series of brand materials housed in a bespoke packaging solution. Internal communications pieces detail the founders and the company, along with an outline of the sales journey.
