Galerie is a residential development of 30 apartments and 6 townhouses located on Town Beach, Port Macquarie.
Swell worked closely with Bloc and Stewart Architecture to develop a brand identity and comprehensive set of sales materials that would assist with an incredibly successful launch to market. Heavily influenced by the minimal aesthetic common to art galleries, we crafted an identity that would allow the development to take centre stage without distractions—much like an artwork. Sheer minimalism allows the architectural intent of the building to shine while powerful photography captures the natural beauty of the seaside location.
We teamed up with an impressive group of creatives to bring our vision to life. Monochromatic 3D visuals were crafted by 3D2D to add cohesion across a vast range of both printed and digital media. Still photography and video were captured to give the project a sense of place, while sculptural forms were created to present the fittings and material palettes. We captured still photography while our videographer partner Wolflab shot and produced a short promotional film to reveal the Port Macquarie way of living.
