Swell were engaged by K2 Development Group to build a compelling brand identity around a narrative of sustainability. A collection of ten residences, a distinctive brand identity and marketing campaign was required to launch and position the development as individual, personalised and suitable for a particular target audience.
Inspired by the multi-faceted urban subcultures that are unique to the surrounding area, we developed a marketing that celebrates the character, history and individuality of Braddon. The concept was personified by a series of layered portrait illustrations. Paired with a palette of natural colours, patterns and tactile materials, the result is a brand that celebrates living a sustainable lifestyle through a rich visual tapestry.
