BLOC is a project delivery and construction firm specialises in high-end residential, commercial and retail projects. Swell were tasked with translating their ethos into a settlement gift for purchasers of their residential properties.
Our solution was a bespoke box to house all material. Lined with black velvet, carefully designed to hold corporate publications, legal documents, keys and remotes, the result is a highly practical settlement pack to help welcome purchasers into their new home. Inset three publications; BLOC promotional brochure, a brochure solely dedicated to their commitment to quality, and buyer handover manual.
