We’re looking for a talented Senior Designer to join our high-performing team.
Applicants should have strong industry experience across multiple sectors, with an exceptional body of work demonstrating a high level of conceptual thinking and design craft, with a great attention to detail.
Ideally, you have a minimum of 5 years experience in a design studio environment.
Experience in account management, brand strategy, brand planning and management, or skills in motion, illustration, and digital design would all be a huge bonus.
This role is based out of our Canberra (Australia) studio, nestled in the leafy suburb of Kingston. Remote working may be considered under select circumstances.
This role is offered as full-time employment working a nine-day fortnight, following a three-month probationary period. Base salary is determined by skill and experience. based on tenure, and both individual and company performance.
Swell is an award-winning brand and digital studio founded in 1997. Our clients range in size and span timezones and sectors, including health, hospitality, property, corporate, sport, retail, and beyond.
We are an intentionally small team. We are non-hierarchical in the sense that everyone contributes their talents and skill sets to create remarkable work. You will also need to answer the phone and take out the rubbish—we share the load in every sense.
All full-time team members work a nine-day fortnight.
